Easy Walk during lunch

I am trying to use every opportunity to get my walking in. I walked during lunch today. My heel spurs are bothering me. I need to stretch them more. I will continue the workout this evening.

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Norfolk VA USA.

My favorite sport includes: walking

My goals are: Complete an 8K in 80 minutes or less for the
CHKD 8K Run on June 14, 2008

My other favorite activities include: Aerobics, Worship/Liturgical Dance.

First Day of Training with Saints at FDCC

Today, I trained at FDCC with other members who are participating in the CHKD Run/Walk. We walked 3 miles. My body hurts. I need some Aleve and a nap. God help us all!!!
